From the first phone call Mr. Reno Reyes was very friendly and knowledgeable. Through our e-mails he gave me quotes and information about the 2010 Prius. When I went to the dealership it was very pro friendly and knowledgeable. Through our e-mails he gave me quotes and information about the 2010 Prius. When I went to the dealership it was very professional and appeared to be a well managed dealership. Someone assisted right out of my car and they paged Reno to meet me. I had a car that I wanted to sell to the dealership and that was a pleasant experience. While they were appraising my car we went for a test drive. Reno helped me narrow the wide selection of Prius down to one vehicle. I fell in love when I drove it on the freeway and around the dealership. Reno described how the car worked and all of the vehicles options. He reassured me that the car was actually running since this was the first time I drove a hybrid. After returning to the dealership the process was pretty quick. Running my credit for financing, getting down all my personal information, and Juan Paredes assisted me with financing and explained the extended protection plan for my Prius and I decided to purchase the 7 year extended protection plan because it was good value for the money. Jacob the sales manager was very friendly and a good conversationalist. Reno and Juan were a good conversationalists and now I feel like I know him more than just a sales and finance people. If your reading this Jacob, please keep these two individuals around at Hamer Toyota. The delivery of my new vehicle went well and Reno taught me more about the car. We went over all of the manuals and the Prius is a very user friendly car. This morning I couldn't wait to wake up and program my phonebook from my cell and all of the displays. It is definitely going to be a car that I will keep for awhile and hope to get great gas mileage. Thanks again for all your help guys and I will see you when it is time to get my car serviced. More

I wanted to purchase a Toyota Tundra, and I found the one I wanted on autotrader.com. The car was located in Hamer Toyota so I drove down. I had previously talked to Reno and he had been very friendly over the phone. I got there and we immediately took a look at the car and went for a test drive, no questions asked. After the test drive I decided I wanted to purchase it so we went in to get the paperwork done. After we had done the paperwork I payed right there and drove off with the car. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and it was very efficient, from the time I walked in until I drove off. More

This was my first car lease and the first dealer that we went to. Working with Reno was great and he was honest from the get-go, which after going to a number of dealerships in the area, is not standard. Hi went to. His customer service is what made us come back to Toyota and ultimately choose the Corolla. I got a great deal on a great car and am really happy with it! More

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my used Sequoia with Hamer Toyota. The service was good and I really believe I got a great deal on my SUV. When I was getting ready to leave, I climbed inside my beautiful Toyota Sequoia and turned the ignition and heard, click, click, click...the car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. Reno acted quickly and said they would replace the battery. That’s what I call customer service. My only complaint is that after spending a significant amount of money on a used vehicle... Hamer Toyota does not fill up the gas tank. I was shocked. I get that the economy is down, etc, but that left a mark on an otherwise great experience. More
