Express Service should be renamed as Forever Service because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2 because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2023 Tacoma, no oil change required! Was told I “had to get it done to maintain warranty”. Was asked if I’d like a free car wash and I jumped on it. Found out the car wash was more of a quick hose down with areas that looked like it wasn’t touched at all. Had better car wash at the Shell gas station for $6. Since I was there I raised a concern about the parking assist sometimes beeping and sometimes didn’t . It appears the advisor never noted my concerns down and nothing was considered at the end. I said the xxxx with it after 2:20 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait a minute longer. The waiting area was also a bit warmer than what I would have wanted. More
