Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a back-up camera as it was produced in early 2018, but cameras were not mandated until mid-2018. The camera was a must have for me. Sam asked me I would be interested in seeing if they had another vehicle that fit my needs. While they didn't have another vehicle that fit my requirements and price, he talked to his manager and they checked to see if they could install a factory camera, which is what I wanted. They added the camera at their expense and the work was done in 2 days. The process was easy, no pressure, probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. More
