I have been with Ford for just about a year now and have loved every second of it here. I used to play golf at the Division II level for UT Dallas and am currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics.

Five Star Ford of Dallas responded

Thank you, Jeff, for bringing this to our attention. What you experienced does not reflect how we intend to do business. I would appreciate the opportunity to look into exactly what happened with Reese and this vehicle so we can address it internally and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Please reach out to me at 972-985-3600 or tbies@fivestarforddallas.com so I can learn more about your visit and discuss how we can make this right. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in us. Sincerely, Thomas Bies, General Sales Manager
