The sales manager, my salesman and the entire staff at Wade acres Ford was amazing. Had all my paperwork completed by the time I got back to 10 minutes to sign the vehicle over to me was in and out of the Wade acres Ford was amazing. The service was fine. I wasn’t pleased when told that used cars sold “as is” do not have their oil changed prior to being sold while the Sales person told me the oil was c I wasn’t pleased when told that used cars sold “as is” do not have their oil changed prior to being sold while the Sales person told me the oil was changed prior to selling the vehicle. Would have been better to tell me up front as I would have changed the oil as soon as I bought the vehicle More

Bought a 2021 F250 paying over $60k. 30 days later brought it for oil change and now they found the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, a $1,450 job. Took it to another place to replace the brakes and they found an oil leak on the motor which still under manufacture warranty Why you make a customer feel like being robbed? They would have 5 stars if they take the time to properly inspect a used vehicle prior to selling it. Do your self a favor and go to another dealership. Honesty and Integrity is not part of Wayne Akers! More
