I feel very lucky to be writing this review-- thanks to Downey Hyundai, I'm the proud new owner of an amazing car! From beginning to end my experience with this dealership was incredible. I got to work Downey Hyundai, I'm the proud new owner of an amazing car! From beginning to end my experience with this dealership was incredible. I got to work with two salesmen, Abraham and Jordan, and they both exceeded my expectations. Abraham met me bright and early on his one day off (to accommodate my schedule), and expedited a car they just got in so I would have a chance to test drive. It was a used car, definitely less costly than the majority of their inventory, and not once did he try to steer me towards spending more money. He made me feel comfortable and like we were on the same team; plus he was very knowledgable about the cars history, features, warranty they would provide me, and what to expect if I decided to purchase. What I was nervous about-- can I afford this at the end of the day? When it came to talking numbers, Abraham was above board and open to listening to me. Abraham, and the managers, were willing to look at the research I had done and negotiate a price where everyone is happy. Throughout the negotiation process I felt heard and valued. I needed some time to think over their final offer, and they gave me that time without any pestering or pushing. When I decided to move forward with the deal, I got to work with Jordan who is also very helpful and kind. He answered every text and call he got from me with questions about payment, helped me find all the correct paperwork they would need, and then made sure I left with the car in perfect condition. For example-- it didn't have floor mats, and he made sure I left with a nice pair without me asking. I also got to work closely with Ravi, he is an expert on all the contracts and paperwork and was great at explaining everything I signed. There is nothing better than a friendly face to help a monotonous process be enjoyable. Sorry for the novel, but I am blown away by the level of care I received. Sargon was awesome! I initiated a price quote through Auto Trader. Received a called in less than 5 minutes. Alejandra got me in contact with Sargon right away. I let hi I initiated a price quote through Auto Trader. Received a called in less than 5 minutes. Alejandra got me in contact with Sargon right away. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and he met all of my expectations and requirements, sent my photos and called me personally. I came down the next day, car was waiting for me. No hidden fees everything up front. Sargon made the deal happen! Great customer service and very pleased with my purchase and car buying process. Will be back! More

I we leased 2 vehicles one of which was the Kona Electric. We did not intend to get an electric car but the sales Rep Abraham indicated we would get 3 years of free fast charging through Electrify A Electric. We did not intend to get an electric car but the sales Rep Abraham indicated we would get 3 years of free fast charging through Electrify America so the additional cost would be offset and a decrease in the future. The financial Rep also confirmed and said that we would receive 3 years of free charging. This was a lie we only reciprocated 1 month of free charging. When I went back to the dealer they sent me to call Electrify America who sent me to Hyundai customer service and after hours on the phone they said it was the dealer who missed informed me and I needed to take it up with them. More hours waisted and still no charging and can not get out of my lease without cost. More

But at the time of signing will add other things when I asked to see the first pencil they refused to show it to me scammed 2023 Kona has no light everything manually it’s should’ve been priced at $20k not $27k I got overcharged the next day after I purchased I wanted to exchange it with the 3 day shopper assurance and they told me that they don’t do that .. they had me wait almost 4 hours after this short manager came up to me yelling at me being rude me . When the only thing I wanted to get a solution.. I am so unhappy about this .. now if I want to upgrade i am upside down … these people don’t care they just want the sale … More
