Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. Damian, our salesman, was kind, professional and not pushy at all. Went in for one specific car and came out with something different, but better. Because of Steve we had the best buying experience! He wasn’t pushy and never made us feel pressured. He listened to what we thought was fair and did everything he could to accommodate us. Everything about the car shopping and buying experience at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) manager to finish up the paperwork. He tried to pull a fast one by trying to "hide" the MV fees, telling me that my up-front payment was "just the first month lease payment and MV fees". Thought he could fool me - the MV fees for an EV in NJ is over $1k. When I said I agreed on all fees and taxes rolled into the deal, he tried to convince me that all, EXCEPT MV. There was no EXCEPT in the deal that I shook on with the GM. I was ready to either talk to the GM or walk. He changed his tune really quickly.. Watch out for this guy!!! All others are top notch and straight up. More
