Wife had an appt at 4:20 for basic tire rotation service. Finished at 6:50. No communication from advisor Rande. Attempted to message him with the link he provided but never received a response. Paperwork wa Finished at 6:50. No communication from advisor Rande. Attempted to message him with the link he provided but never received a response. Paperwork was not correct or complete and they tried to charge us even though we have the pre paid plan. I called to speak to a manager but was told no one was in. I left a voicemail but have not received a call back. This is not the first time to have these issues. I would understand if we were having a more involved service performed or if we at least had some communication. We have purchased 3 vehicles here and had wonderful experiences on the sales side. More

Arlington Toyota did not stand behind work done and misdiagnosed issues they created so they could do service that was not required.
