The are not ethical. They do a bait and switch and charge for items you don't need. After talking with the service manager she gave me an attitude and woke response. Had my vehicle for 6 days…completed less than half of the scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up. Hadn’t even contacted extended warranty company for approvals. Didn scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up.
