Thanks for embarrassment!!!!! Today I was approved for a loan from my bank. I was told the deal couldn’t be made because of a meager 1000 dollars that we all know can be made up in Today I was approved for a loan from my bank. I was told the deal couldn’t be made because of a meager 1000 dollars that we all know can be made up in other ways, shapes, and forms. I was approved for 36k and some change loan, the car was 37k (after rebates) and some change. This is my 5th time purchasing a new car. I have never been so disappointed. I am not an idiot and know how dealerships make money. Like installing a 20 dollar resistor to make a center tail light blink and charging 500 dollars for it and displaying it like its a god saving safety feature. I understand it’s a business and money has to be made, but customers for life make money not one god xxxx deal. I have a second car I was going to trade in after this deal went through this weekend. Two potential deals could have been made from this one transaction. If you get approved for a loan from your bank and then want to get turned down to drive away in your dream car. Then I highly recommend going to this dealership! You surely will be embarrassed. My Salesman was great though. He really did try and get me in that car and fought for me. More

Replaced recall part on door. My advisor was very pleasant and helpful. I live 30 minutes away and I am 74 years old. I asked for a rental car and they said yes. The ladies in the rental department were very friendly and helpful as well, especially Ragan. When I brought the rental car back, I left my garage door opener in the rental car and Ragan helped me get it back!! More

Oil change and new wipers I didn’t. Make an appointment but my car was taken in quickly and the area for customers to wait is very comfortable. I enjoyed a caramel latte and wa I didn’t. Dissatisfied with car buying experience The guy (Randall Robinson ) who sold my husband the vehicle didn’t stay on top of making sure we received our paperwork in a timely fashion . He seemed helpful up until my husband signed the contract at the dealership. We purchased the vehicle on August 10th,2018 and didn’t receive paperwork until October 2,2018 . I reached out to Randall prior to October 2, 2018 ( my husband and myself on two different occasions ). Randall told me he was going to find out and never contacted me with a answer about the paperwork . My husband had to leave work and make a trip to the dealership to pick up the paperwork which was “supposedly” sitting on someone’s desk (kentrell cannon ) waiting to be mailed to us . Overall worst buying experience ever . Unprofessional and total disregard for people’s time . More
