I appreciate the attentiveness of RW and the team at Longo Toyota. They were fair and in a buyers market they are not marking up vehicles above MSRP trying to take advantage of buyers in need of a new Longo Toyota. Longo Toyota of Prosper definitely raised the bar when it came to customer care, hospitality, and appreciation. My wife and I drove from Oklahoma City, OK in hopes of purchasing a used 2013 Toyota Tundr came to customer care, hospitality, and appreciation. My wife and I drove from Oklahoma City, OK in hopes of purchasing a used 2013 Toyota Tundra and were pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the vehicle and the representatives of Longo Toyota of Prosper. Immediately we felt like valued customers and truly appreciated for the out of state drive and eventual purchase. Mr. Tony Bailey even came by the dealership on his day off to meet us...being that all prior telephone arrangements were coordinated with him and the physical process was subsequently handled by Mr. R. W. I would personally like to take this opportunity to say, If you are in the market for a new or used Toyota from a dealership that takes pride in the way their customers are greeted, treated, and respected...it will be difficult to find a location that exceeds Longo Toyota of Prosper!
