I was immediately approached by Rancier and asked whether I needed help. He was extremely patient with me especially since I had what felt like a billion questions. It did not take me long to decide that I wanted to purchase a car from them and in 3 days I was driving my "new" used car. I think if I had been even more prepared during my first visit, I would've been driving out of the lot in my new car--- that's how much I liked them. Having never shopped at Herb Chambers before, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and straightforward process. Plus, they're dog-friendly! Exactly one year to the day that I picked up the Accord, I was rear-ended on the highway and my car was totaled. I got in touch with Rancier again to find a replacement, and he and Brian in the finance department helped me through the process and got me into a 2016 HR-V. It is certified pre-owned and Brian got me great terms for a service contract, so I'll have peace of mind for years to come that the car is covered if anything goes wrong.
