I used to dread buying cars. The games, the negotiating, the hard sell, etc. The experience at Herb Chambers, and with Rancier specifically, is no pressure and completely transparent. Rancier had a quote emailed to me. They put their best price in writing from the start and it was exactly as they stated when I went into the dealership. Rancier is so easy to work with and low pressure that he tried to convince me to buy a less expensive trim level (which I didn't end up doing but I appreciated his effort). Rancier and the dealership strive to ensure every customer is completely satisified and don't stop until that happens. He is extremely responsive, even on his days off. I am so happy I have found Rancier and Herb Chambers and will continue to be a life long customer. More

He was very professional but not stuffy, knowledgeable about the product (2015 Honda Fit), got things done in a very timely manner and that is saying a lot considering the dealership was mobbed on Saturday 4/22/2017, and just made the entire experience a very pleasant & stress free one. Originally I came in just to test drive the vehicle but found that I really liked the vehicle and when Rancier knew I wanted to purchase it and that I had driven all the way up from Falmouth he got right to work making the process as painless as possible. I have already told some friends when they are in the market for a new vehicle to be sure to take the drive down to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk and ask for Rancier Matos! More
