Rancier is the man! I had a 2004 Accord V6 which I loved, but it failed inspection, and with 235K miles, it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. I knew I wanted another Honda I had a 2004 Accord V6 which I loved, but it failed inspection, and with 235K miles, it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. I knew I wanted another Honda, and Herb Chambers had the best selection and prices in the area, so I made an appointment. I worked with Rancier, who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He's been with the company for 5 years, and he knows his stuff. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and he went above and beyond to make me feel at home without any pressure. I test-drove a few cars, and all were spotless (both inside and out). I ended up buying a 2011 Accord LX-P at a great price. Very happy with the ease of trading in my old car, and the dealership handled all the paperwork so there was no need to go to the RMV. Overall, really happy I went with this dealership, and couldn't recommend Rancier more highly! More
