2019 Tiguan I went into Gunther Coconut Creek to set up my third lease with them, having worked with Yogi on the first two leases. I was expecting to drive away w I went into Gunther Coconut Creek to set up my third lease with them, having worked with Yogi on the first two leases. I was expecting to drive away with my fourth Jetta (I owned the first one having bought it used almost ten years ago). I ended up being offered a better deal on the 2019 Tiguan and I am in love with my habanero orange SUV. The only thing is it doesn't have as many of the features that my 2016 Jetta had, and both are a base model. I'm not sure what's the rationale behind Volkswagen's restricting certain features that really are very basic to begin with. But otherwise, the SUV is a gem. The staff at Gunther was amazing and super helpful. From reaching out to me for the end of lease program, to establishing the credit approval to the final sale, Danielle, Lori, Ramsey and Sebastian were all SUPER nice and attentive. Thanks guys! More

Attentive Staff! I purchased my 2017 Jetta last year in November, I was told I would recieve a “coupon book” to use towards my service in the mail i never received it I purchased my 2017 Jetta last year in November, I was told I would recieve a “coupon book” to use towards my service in the mail i never received it so i stopped by last Friday because my service was due already the receptionist (Jennifer) whom i was greeted by was very helpful in answering questions I had she also was able to get me the coupon book as well as directed me to the service depot. Overall I would definitely recommended Gunther of VW to family and friends! staff is very attentive, service was quick (Norman was my service advisor) & Helpful. Thank you!
