I had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out from under me to someone who was willing to pay more—despite me being there first, driving the car first, and already completing payment authorization. Lev Vinogradov and his management team completely wasted my time and showed no regard for fairness or professionalism. This experience made it clear that they do not run an honest business. If you’re in the market for a used car, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the feeling of being misled.
