The dealership and sales associate were very willing to work with us to help us get what we were looking for in the most financially feasible manner. Everyone was very professional and we didn't feel pres work with us to help us get what we were looking for in the most financially feasible manner. Everyone was very professional and we didn't feel pressured into buying the vehicle. They were also aware of the fact that we were out of state and made it clear that we didn't have to follow up with their dealership directly but could go to any Toyota dealership. More

Ramiz was waiting outside in the freezing cold when I walked up and was very friendly & sincere. He really listened to my needs, understood my situation and worked WITH me to help me buy the car I wanted walked up and was very friendly & sincere. He really listened to my needs, understood my situation and worked WITH me to help me buy the car I wanted. (No "hard sell" to get the "upsell" which I appreciated!) He was the perfect salesguy actually & I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ramiz & Tom handled all paperwork with professionalism and ease... so glad I took a chance on Sloane Toyota.
