Many of them said they didn't like how you can't "haggle" the price but compared to Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds, they have great deals. We found a few cars we were interested in so we began communicating with Tim. The day we stopped by, we went to a nearby dealership first just to look. The salesmen were on us before we could finish getting out of the car. They were very pushy and felt very desperate. They even tried to convince us to lease a car which is not what we wanted. Going to Auto City was a much better idea. We were able to roam around and look at all the cars without anyone coming up to pressure us. When we were ready, we entered the office. Tim was with another customer so Ramil took care of us. Again, no pressure from him and he made it easy for us to let him know exactly what we were looking for. We gave him a list of our requirements and choices and he showed us what was available. We were able to test drive without anyone telling us why we should buy the car. We picked our car and were able to bring it to our trusted mechanic to check everything out before we fully committed. Our mechanic found minor issues that Auto City was able to fix right away. The transaction was easy and felt like we were in control. There was also no pressure to purchase all the extras like extended warranty and GAP. Overall, Ramil provided excellent service and we will be coming back in the future for our next car. More

I drove down for a test drive and Ramil was very open and personable - great guy to work with. After the test drive I sat down with Ramil and my BofA loan would not work with AutoCitySales so he quickly found me another option.
