Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I know when I am going to look at cars & even thinking about purchasing a car, I am overwhelmed with stress. I always try to do my 'homework' on which I know when I am going to look at cars & even thinking about purchasing a car, I am overwhelmed with stress. I always try to do my 'homework' on which cars I am interested in & on what the cars are valued at before going into the dealership. I found a few cars I liked that were priced fairly according to market value. Now the next step, the dealership. I went to one and left in less than 5minutes. I do not like to be hasseled or followed around. The next dealership I went to next was Auto City, El Cajon. I walked around the lot looking for the car I found online when Ramil greeted me. I told him the make & model of the car I saw online & he responded with the mileage & year exact! He then got the keys & took me over to it...then left. Not in a bad way at all, actually best way ever! I got a chance to look at the car without anyone standing over my shoulder or pointing out this & that when really all I ever want to do is see things myself. He came back over a few minutes later & asked if I wanted to test drive it. Unfortunately, I had my son with me so I decided to come back the next day. Ramil was very understanding was did not hassle me to stay. I was very appreciative of this. I came back the next day & Ramil grabbed the keys & said "go for it!" Yes, I was able to test drive the car with my partner alone!!! I have never test drove a car before without the dealer in the car trying to sell me as I drive. It was 100% stress FREE! Now on to paying...after the test drive I told Ramil "wrap it up!" Then he introduced me to Jr Sesi. At Auto City, they are a family & are far from being greedy, they rotate their sales. So thought Ramil took care of us it was Jr's turn for the sale. I thought what an amazing system. Jr helped us through the most important but usually stressful part of buying a car, financing. He was very good at explaining every detail of the paperwork, which is a lot! He also helped me to understand how the bank determines their loan requirements. Jr was able to get me an amazing interest rate, gap insurance & an extended warranty. I am grateful for finding Auto City, El Cajon & having had a chance to work with Ramil & Jr. I will definitely be using Auto City for all my furture car buying needs. PS They have an ESPRESSO machine, amazing but you can also add chocolate to your espresso as well!! More
