As is famously true for many born in the Philadelphia area, I grew up here and never left. In my mid-twenties, decided to follow my passion for automobiles and applied for a sales position at a dealership in Exton. It was there that I found out how much I enjoy helping people through the process of buying a car. I discovered I have a gift for listening carefully and using that information to offer whatever level of guidance and advice my customers are seeking. I’ve been successful with that balanced approach, and because clients seem to appreciate it, I’m still doing that today.

We visited this dealership to conduct research. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference of difference models. The second time we visited was to purchase the 54 Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference of difference models. I drove 5.5 hours to negotiate a deal at Otto's trading in my car for a new purchase. Got there at noon and drove off with new car by 6 pm that day. Salesman Ralph Nofsinger was a pleasure dealing with and in my car for a new purchase. Got there at noon and drove off with new car by 6 pm that day. Salesman Ralph Nofsinger was a pleasure dealing with and he jumped thru hurdles getting my deal complete so I could leave that day with my new car. Purchasing a car out of state took extra steps and everyone at Otto's were very professional. Noel Montesano in Financial Services was very helpful also. A first class dealer ! More

This was the most AMAZING car buying process I have experienced in my 27 years of purchasing vehicles. I first spoke with Ralph when he called me from an online inquiry. His customer service was im experienced in my 27 years of purchasing vehicles. I first spoke with Ralph when he called me from an online inquiry. His customer service was impeccable. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I could tell that Ralph is passionate about his job and helping people make the best informed, no pressure decision. We did everything via text/phone and email. All I had to do was come in to sign papers and pick up my vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. I will definitely refer all of my friends here that want to purchase a vehicle. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from you all. This is how experiences should be everywhere. Today I picked up my new BMW from Otto's and I can truly say this was an great experience. I worked with Ralph Nofsinger in Sales and he was great. He never pressured me and let me take my time coming bac say this was an great experience. I worked with Ralph Nofsinger in Sales and he was great. He never pressured me and let me take my time coming back several times to look at different models to test drive and answer my questions. I am extremely happy with my decision. Upon arrival, my paperwork was ready and I was immediately seen by Noel Montesano in Finance to sign and get me on the road.
