Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a vehicle from them as well. Ralph is a true professional. He does not pressure and always keeps the customers interest in mind. I had a remarkable experience working with him and will continue to purchase vehicles from him. Thank you Ralph you rock! The service department on the other hand is a mess and is a nightmare to deal with. I will unfortunately have to write a negative review on the SERVICE department. My experiences so far since 2019 have been unacceptable. I will not take my vehicles here for service and I recommend you do not use this department either. Multiple times, I've had to bring my car back on several separate occasions for an issue that I identified, and was told it would be fixed and was not. I am disappointed with the customer service of the service department. Overall, I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Just don't bring it back for service. More
