He was patient in working with me, answered all my questions and was responsive and professional. My CA was Gerry Vaughan. He was the definition of a professional salesman. He knew his product, was polite and personable and resolved some minor issues on my CPO purchase to my satisfaction. If you need a BMW go to see these guys if you want a good experience.
