He referred us to Scott Smith, Client Advisor, who quickly located the exact type of car and package we were looking for, kept me updated of its delivery status, took care of the many small details and made the process easy, fast, and hassle free. He was patient in working with me, answered all my questions and was responsive and professional. My CA was Gerry Vaughan. He was the definition of a professional salesman. He knew his product, was polite and personable and resolved some minor issues on my CPO purchase to my satisfaction. If you need a BMW go to see these guys if you want a good experience.
