Always a game. My salesman was friendly and helpful, trying to make a deal at Carl Black is always a challenge. Have been here many times but this was our first and My salesman was friendly and helpful, trying to make a deal at Carl Black is always a challenge. Have been here many times but this was our first and last purchase here. Finally agree on a price then the screw you over on financing and trying to do all the bs add one. I have a credit score in the high 800s and they tried to pull the “you don’t qualify for our preferred rate” so I already had off site financing lined up. I have had the car 4 months and we are having some issues and we have called service 3 times this week, waited forever on hold to speak to a service person, then we get they are busy, take name and number and will have them call you right back, guess what, still after a week, no phone call back.... We went 2 other places were not impressed went to get a bite to eat and we both said we loved Rajea and were going back. Also Richard Priester had text us during this time and reached out to us not in a pushy way but asked how he could be of assistance. We will recommend Carl Black, Rajea,and Richard to everyone. I new what I wanted when I got there, my husband met Rajea, Rajea Forest was the young man who waited on us, he was nice, friendly, and very helpful. I new what I wanted when I got there, my husband met Rajea, while I started to look, soon they stoped me, and took me to where my car waited for me. We took a test drive and I was sold, we made a deal . I got a good deal on my trade in, and two days later I took my new on a trip to see my daughter and family!
