They did a good job on the car and even washed it for me which was nice. But I went there because they sent me a coupon in mail. When I asked to apply it at checkout I was told it was too late to apply it. which was nice. But I went there because they sent me a coupon in mail. My interactions with Rachide were positive. Other than him, I had to ask you to charge the car when it was at 60-something percent. You should be doing that for customers. The service from Rachide was excellent he was thorough with explaining to me what was wrong with my car. My issue is with the lack of loaner cars that was available.
