I had to charge my car battery this morning and take it into Brandon Honda dealership. I was greeted with a nice gentleman who referred me to Rachel. Truly an amazing service done by Rachel VanHart. She immediately step-up to handle the incident problem that I encountered and mess up by one of the Service Advisor.
