Great experience with a very good sales person Andre Silva Last week I visited Brandon Honda for the regular service on our 2012 Honda CRV, with no plans to purchase a new car. While waiting I met Andre Silva Last week I visited Brandon Honda for the regular service on our 2012 Honda CRV, with no plans to purchase a new car. While waiting I met Andre Silva and told him that I was not looking to purchase but I received a mailed saying the top dollar that they would pay for my car on a new car purchase. Andre was so helpful and most of all not pushy that I told him I may came back with my wife to consider trading. 3 Days later we met with him and left 4 hours later with a new 2015 CRV Touring we love it . and would recommend him and Brandon Honda to all our friends. More

Horrible Service I purchase my SUV in June 2015, not even 6 months and it starting to give problems (THEY PROMISED a certify and a reliable vehicle).When I bought my v I purchase my SUV in June 2015, not even 6 months and it starting to give problems (THEY PROMISED a certify and a reliable vehicle).When I bought my vehicle I did rate the dealership as exceptional experience and to go and by your car there. I DO NOT feel this way anymore. I feel betrayed by them since I needed it a RELIABLE car and a car that last for a long time or at least until I get back up on my feet. In top of that, we bought an extended warranty that "supposedly" had everything included engine, transmission, road assistance, etc... Mind you that I am paying extra for this warranty and now that I need it, it does not covered what I have to fix. IN top of all this they ask me for payment to tell me what was wrong with the bad car that THEY sold me. I've been in the dealer for service for my car like 5 times already and the wait is TERRIBLE my first time I waited 5 HOURS, since that first visit, the check engine light on, VTM-4 light on, low tire pressure light on. PLEASE DO NOT come here to purchase anything. I feel so bad now for all the people that I recommended to this place. FYI I needed it to add at least 1 star that they DO NOT deserve ..MERRY X-MAS TO ME.... More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I came in today for an oil change! Rachel greeted me with a huge smile! Smooth and easy I had a good experience with Leo and Ferris yesterday. Leo took the time to look for the exact car I wanted, let me test drive a car to the storage lo I had a good experience with Leo and Ferris yesterday. Leo took the time to look for the exact car I wanted, let me test drive a car to the storage lot to check for other cars I may be interested in, allowed me to test the car briefly on the highway, and use all the internal features. Ferris was instrumental in getting me the price I was looking for on the 2015 accord EX and Vaughn made the financing process go very smooth as well. Additionally, Rachel was very helpful in service with scheduling appointments for window tint and my first oil change. More
