When you arrive for service, they take the time to find out what you need. I didn't feel rushed. My first experience was a dealer recall, which was no charge to me, but they still washed my car. What I really love is that they offer shuttle service within a 3 mile radius (Westfield Mall), for free. I will definitely buy my next car from Brandon. More

Service review i was greeted as I pulled into the service area. Adviser Bob determined that a completed check out of the transmission was required as a transmission i was greeted as I pulled into the service area. Adviser Bob determined that a completed check out of the transmission was required as a transmission trouble light came on. All was checked except for a switch needed to be replaced. No switch in stock but one would be in early next morning. Part was replaced and I was on my way. People were helpful-Bob and Rachel. More
