I previously gave a bad review and they did contact me. I went back up there and the sales manager did the cancellation paperwork for the two surplus policies that I was told I had to take when in fact tha I went back up there and the sales manager did the cancellation paperwork for the two surplus policies that I was told I had to take when in fact that was a lie. The sales manager said he would mail the cancellation paperwork in the next day. I called Foremost the insurance carrier a few days ago and they said they have not received anything from Nissan of Wichita Falls about this. I made the sales manager make copies of everything when I was there so I emailed a copy to Foremost and the cancellation is now supposed to be in process. Is business that bad that they have to continuously lie. I'm thinking about reporting this to the Veierans club there I have already called the state office in Austin a couple of times. Unfortunately the conversations were all behind a closed door so it is my word against theirs! More

The facility was very clean. The staff members were great especially Chelsey Preston who helped me get the perfect car I needed for daily transportation. Even, Jorge Sotelo, he has worked there the longest. He came over to talk to me about cars and how he purchased the perfect one for him and his daughter. It actually made the time go by fast while I was waiting on Chelsey to complete my paperwork. Everyone offered me water to include Karen Burke who verified my voucher in the office with the blessed pictures behind her desk. Everyone was just so friendly. Id definitely recommend people to visit the Nissan of Wichita Falls to buy a vehicle. Rachad Moreland finalized my paperwork in the finance department but over I have zero complaints from everyone I encountered 3/19/24. More
