Took my Jeep in on 9/3/26 finally picked up on 9/18/26. Please review my customer complaint list to see all that I needed repaired then look how long it took before RON REED said it was ready. The hands free door unlock and the lock button on the door handle STILL DID NOT WORK !!!! The sun visor on the drivers side STILL DID NOT WORK !!!! And fell in my lap as soon as I pulled out of the dealership. RON REED did NOT return any of my calls. RON REED did NOT answer my two texts messages I sent him. RON REED and your so call mechanics DID NOTHING to fix any of my problems after 13 working days while I had to worry about how to get where I needed to go. RON REED wanted me to leave it again to get all these items fixed. I said Encore was much better than ROSS DOWNING but not much!!! You will NEVER 👎 EVER👎 see my face again & I will tell all my family & friends NOT TO use your business 👎👎👎👎 RON REED is a crappy representative for your business.👎👎👎👎 I actually give you ZERO STARS ⭐️ 👎👎 More
