Went in for an airbag recall on a 2013 Suburban. They did an inspection and sent a video. They didn't try to push services as I made it clear I only wanted the airbag recall performed. Cam was doing a great for only being there 3 months. RJ Prim needs to learn better small town manners. Nathan Lauck was very understanding with my wife's Irish temper. We were a cash sale customer an RJ Prim needs to learn better small town manners. Nathan Lauck was very understanding with my wife's Irish temper. We were a cash sale customer and never told a personal check would not be accepted. I feel that should have been posted on the front door of what forms of payments will be accepted by the business. We believe in supporting local business but we will not be buying anything from the owners of this business. More

My overall experience of purchasing my truck was good and have nothing notable to complain or say needs a little work. They guys listen adapt and keep the overall experience fairly laid back. The reason I di have nothing notable to complain or say needs a little work. They guys listen adapt and keep the overall experience fairly laid back. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the overall condition of the truck when it was purchased. Windshield wipers were literally coming apart so my three hour drive home I had to pull off twice to clean all the bugs off at a gas station. The overall cleanliness of the truck was not that great. I guess I have just come to have certain expectations when purchasing from a larger dealership that maybe I should move past. More
