Believer Again After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I see ads for their revamped Passport. Late one night I fill out a general inquiry online on the Passport. The next morning I get a phone call from Paragon to stop by after work for a test drive. As soon as I walked through the door the feel was nothing compared to 2015. Josiah was personable and professional from the time he introduced himself to the time of this review. He was very fluent on all aspects of the Passport, but he also allowed me to search elsewhere. After 3 days of calls, texts and making sure I was comfortable, Josiah knew I would be walking out with the vehicle I intended to. He was there from start to finish, and even weeks after my purchase Josiah checks in to see how my family and I enjoy the Passport. The entire staff was on point as well, Quedwin made sure we got the best deal possible. And even when we hit a rough patch with the final financial aspect, Josiah and team were there to get me where I needed to be. Thank you, thank you. Completely made my car buying experience the least stressful ever. Honda Paragon will always have my blessing! A+++ to Mr. Sosa! More

We were immediately welcomed by the friendliest staff y My husband and I visited Paragon Honda in Woodside, looking to purchase a CR V or a Passport. We were immediately welcomed by the friendliest staff you could ever meet. I asked so many questions, and spent over three hours sitting in different vehicles and asking everyone a ton of questions. Everyone was so kind and patient, answering all my questions without hesitation. We finally decided on the Passport Touring. Our salesman Haitham was amazing! He took us out to test drive both vehicles, he handled all our documentation, messaged us when our plates were ready and made sure everything was perfect for us before we picked up the Passport. He even came in on his day off to make sure that everything was in order for us. William in finances sat with us to go over rates and explained everything 100%, offering us options and package deals. The manager and every staff member of Paragon Honda made our experience so memorable, that we will definitely recommend them to family and friends. I feel that we wouldn't have received the care and attention that Paragon Honda in Woodside, NY gave us, anywhere else. I'm happy that we decided to stick with them, and also happy that Haitham was our salesman because he was amazing from start to finish! More
