Battery Check Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car and wanted my battery checked out. Maita was able to checkout my issue and also completed my next service maintenance since it was due on the afternoon I arrived at the service center. My battery was not charging properly and was replaced and the service was completed in two hours. I waited in the comfortable and spacious wait area and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee. I appreciate that my issue was taken seriously and that I have another six months before maintenance is needed. More

Keeping Up With Car Maintenance I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. Unfortunately, they keep messing with stuff that makes it more difficul I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. Unfortunately, they keep messing with stuff that makes it more difficult to get your appointments scheduled. I tried to schedule on-line but what I got was this busy page that did not function properly and is a great discouragement to even try to deal with. Just call the number and book with someone on the phone. It is much simpler and don't even look at their on-line page. It gives the wrong impression of what this place is really like! More

Less than optimal. I brought my new car in because i was getting a warning light related to the tires. The service department automatically set up a first maintenance o I brought my new car in because i was getting a warning light related to the tires. The service department automatically set up a first maintenance on the car without asking me if i wanted that. When I saw that the maintenance was to be done, I just went along with it even though it was a little early. I asked if they would come find me in the waiting area when the car was ready and the employee said they would. When it seemed to me that the car should be ready I went to the counter and asked. I was told that the car had been ready for ten minutes and that they had tried to phone me. I am in my late seventies, and did not realize they would phone. In fact, I had given them my land line number, so did not even get the call. I realize that I am out of step with technology. No explanation was given about the warning light. I asked if they had checked to see if the air in each tire was correct. He said yes, and the tires were fine. I asked about the warning light and he said temperature changes might account for the error light coming on. This does just not sound right to me, but felt there was not much else i could do. Everyone was courteous, and I think each person was trying to do their job to the best of their ability. However, I did leave feeling that my needs had been met at a less than optimal level. More
