Overall a great experience. Mark and Prince took great care of myself and family. I appreciated thier friendliness and knowledge and when then didnt know something they didnt BS thier way through the answ care of myself and family. John Lucas is a great salesperson. He presented a deal and followed through on exactly what he proposed. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything very clearly and took the time to answer my questions and joke around a bit. Prince is an excellent delivery specialist. He knew my car’s technology very well and explained everything to me with a smile on his face even though I complained a little about having to have someone explain my car to me. I genuinely hope I didn’t offend him because he is a very kind kid. Carli helped me out in John’s absence when I went in to pick up my new car and she was just another exceedingly pleasant person. I drove away feeling confident about my purchase and happy about my experience. Management at Mohawk Honda have obviously done their best work cultivating a very positive work environment.
