All the paperwork is lengthy when you buy a car but Rob explained all of it very clearly and concisely. He was also able to transfer plates, insurance, and handle financing for THREE cars (I swapped cars with a family member and used their old car as a downpayment for my new one) and he got everything moved correctly on the first try. Having dealt with the DMV and Insurance companies in the past I was VERY impressed with the ease that everything was completed.
