I was in DIRE straits, and Phyllis saved the day. On our way from St. Petersburg, Florida to Atlanta Georgia, we had planned to stop in Gainesville to spend the night. I called in the morning, but neither the Ocala nor the Gainesville dealers could get me in because they were so busy. I went to Tires Plus to get a diagnosis and they said my water pump had a leak. Given that I am still under warranty, I did not want to drop $500 on the service. I called back in a panic, and Phyllis told me to come in and come straight to her desk. She got everything handled. I got my car back the same day, and made it to my friend's wedding in Atlanta safely and on time! I am so thankful to Phyllis and your entire team. More
