Gary Prestidge, our salesman, was terrific. We completed extensive pricing research, including several internet quote requests. And a CarMax quote for a trade-in value. West Allis Hyundai's pricing beat them all, including the CarMax trade-in price. Since the trade-in price was deducted from the new car price, it lowered our tax on the new car. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They offered additional maintenance warranty packages, but they were never pushy. While I typically dislike the new car buying process, this was a very positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. More
