Philip Lombardi made all the difference in my service experience. He was very courteous helpful and knowledgeable in his dealings with me. Based on his recommendations I also had my transmission serviced experience. He was very courteous helpful and knowledgeable in his dealings with me. I had an excellent service advisor Philip Lombardi. He was greeting me with a big smile. He knew what I needed and assured me that things would be done to my satisfaction. He got me a ride home so that He was greeting me with a big smile. He knew what I needed and assured me that things would be done to my satisfaction. Although we live an hour away, we have been loyal customers of Lia Toyota for many years. It is the one Toyota dealer we can trust. Sales and service reps are not pushy as in other dealers. Philip Lombardi was really helpful when my car's gear shift would not work. I felt like he really understood my needs and tried his best to arrange for quick diagnostic and service. He kept me informed every step of the way and I felt like I was glad he was my contact to finding out about my car. I hope you leave this review in his employee record as he is very good at listening, implementing plans for the repair of one's car, and he is very professional in all of his contacts with customers.
