We recently broke down in South Dakota and our repair bill k ept growing we decided to trade for a new pickup but were not happy with the dealership in Rapid city so we called Mel Hambelton Ford in Wichita and t ept growing we decided to trade for a new pickup but were not happy with the dealership in Rapid city so we called Mel Hambelton Ford in Wichita and talked to Stan and agreed to a deal at 9 pm on a Friday night the pickup was prepped with a 5th wheel hitch and a air lift system and delivered to us in Hot Springs South Dakota at 8am Sunday Stan had us call him at home and did everything possible to get us home and make us happy our thanks to him and all the help at Mel Hambelton and Bob the delivery driver they will definitely get our business More

I called yesterday wanting a 2017 Ford Explorer, they were quick to find me exactly what I wanted, got the financing done and today I went and picked it up. Travis was so patient with me when I got buyers remorse late last night and wanted numbers for other vehicles. He didn't even complain when I went back to the original vehicle. Once I got there the vehicle was so clean and beautiful right in front of the door waiting for me. I went inside and Casey took over from there, it didn't phase him a bit then I started running the numbers and double checking everything (which I might add had NO mistakes). He patiently waited as I read the contract and allowed me the time to work through my concerns. I then got a lesson on all the cool gadgets that the vehicle has to offer from Loren. Yes, I even had questions for Loren! The whole process took under two hours and I was driving away in my new vehicle (this includes all of the time I spent pondering on which vehicle to get)! I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service that I received at Mel Hambelton Ford. I recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More

Brian, Phil, Brad and everyone at Mel Hambelton keep me a loyal customer! I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. In addition to the managers and Brian I want to share that their service Department is top notch and thank you Kent Kjelland in service!!! Inept mechanic I had a very bad experience with the service shop at Mel Hambelton Ford, in Wichita KS. I told them I wanted something fixed, in addition to the othe I had a very bad experience with the service shop at Mel Hambelton Ford, in Wichita KS. I told them I wanted something fixed, in addition to the other work they performed. They failed to fix it. When I discovered the problem, I fixed it myself in about 5 minutes! Totally inexcusable on their part. I wouldn't let them touch my car in the future. I would also like to point out that any reviews left on their website, that are bad reviews, will NOT be posted. Hence all the 5 star ratings. How convenient on their part. Good reviews OR ELSE. I might point out that they overcharged the hell out of me for what they did do. Trying to talk to the General Manager is not possible. It took three weeks to get through to him! Sincerely, Pissed off PS David Gray's a hired thug. More

Best price and selection With the large selection I was able to find the exact F150 I had been searching on the internet when I called from out of town. I Walked in dealership and was met by salesman,Obi who I highly recommend, only to find 2 F150's waiting for me already to test drive! Ended up buying ecoboost version and love it. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to greet and ask if I need help. 2 family members also purchased new vehicles from Mel Hambelton over the past few months and said the same things. Received follow up call after sale to see if everything was good. Will be back, could not beat the price. More
