I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV EX-L in April 2023 and paid for the vehicle cash. Phil Hadfield was the salesman and was great throughout the entire process. I dropped off a certified check for the final payme for the vehicle cash. Phil Hadfield was the salesman and was great throughout the entire process. I dropped off a certified check for the final payment, and told Phil I would pick up the car in two days because I requested new plates and wanted the dealership to register the car. Exactly two days after I paid for the car in full it wasn’t registered and there was issues which Phil communicated to me about. How come these issues were not addressed the day after I paid for the car and not the day I went to pick up the car? The day I picked up the car, the car still was not registered and the inspection wasn’t completed. How is this professional or how do you value a customers time and money especially when the car was fully paid and didn’t require financing to close the deal? This was a very bad experience and I will not refer any of my friends and colleagues to shop at this place. More
