Audi Burlinbgton is run by a group of individuals who will go beyond any expectations that I have from any Car Dealership. My problem was immediately their problem and the whole team (From the General Manager Adnan to the Sales team (Josh / Nick / Peter) to the finance team (Shawn) to the service team (Cindy) were collaborating to help me out with my situation of owning the TDI. A8L. Long story short, I went in to service my 2014 A8L TDI and I walked out with a 2016 A8L 4.0 Gas version. Audi Burlington team has won me over for rest of my car purchasing life. Great Experience I picked up my new Audi yesterday, and had a great end to end experience. Worked with Stephanie and Lauren over the phone for a few days, went in to t I picked up my new Audi yesterday, and had a great end to end experience. Worked with Stephanie and Lauren over the phone for a few days, went in to the dealership on the weekend and worked with Peter to inspect a similar vehicle to the car I was interested in (was in transit) and closed on the deal the next day. Peter Matton is one of the most technically knowledgeable sales person I every came across in my 25 plus years of buying multiple vehicles for me and my family. He knows the technology of the cars and the competitors extremely well and uses the knowledge to help you through the buying process and get comfortable with your decision. My son (one of the Audi drivers) likes to come back just to hear Peter talk about the technology in his car. Everyone from finance to management to service is very professional but also very accessible, easy and pleasant to work with.
