He took the time during the initial phone call to really listen to the features my wife felt were important in her Q3 and to research available vehicles. We were amazed the next day when the car he selected for her to test drive met every single request and was ulitimately the car we leased. There was also none of the usual pressure one often feels when leasing a new vehicle. If you want to buy or lease an Audi this is the place to go and Peter Matton is the guy to see. More

I wrote a simple email to the dealership and Lauren Savage (the Internet Manager) was all over my requests and inquiries. She got back to me promptly with answers to questions, and really has a talent to make connections. If it was not for her, I would not have showed up to the dealership that day, she just said all the right things and had all the answers. She spoke with Adnan Sehovic about a special ordering situation, and he went out of his way to make my deal happen. When I got to the dealership Lauren introduced me to Peter Matton, she told me he was the most experienced guy in the dealership. I was so happy how Peter just got right down to business. He's got a cool demeanor and you can just tell he knows what he's doing. He's kept me up to date and was so thorough on all the details. I have to say one of the managers that inspected my trade had me come out with him to look over my car. His name was Chris Sargent. I can't explain how genuine this manager was, he knows how's to communicate, and made me feel so comfortable with his decision making. I have to say everyone at the dealership was smiling and very good at acknowledging my presence... Both Sven Curkic, that handsome stud, and Kathleen Hutchinson for example made direct eye contact with me several times and asked how I was doing, etc. More

There’s a lot of good information available on the Internet, so I was able to do much of the research into the car itself before entering a showroom. But, there’s also a lot of bad information and so I hoped to find someone who really knew the car when it came time to buy. Through a friend's recommendation, I went to Audi Burlington, where I was very fortunate to be connected with Peter Matton. Peter was introduced to me as someone who knew everything about Audis and the TT, and he did not disappoint. He answered the somewhat arcane questions that I had and showed great knowledge of the car and its abilities. As we talked about the choices I had, he was extremely helpful in describing the differences between the available cars, which made it very easy for me to choose which I preferred. When it came to negotiating a price for the car and for my trade-in, I felt Peter very open, which I appreciated. His advice regarding the financing of the car showed thoughtfulness and a good knowledge of the pros and cons of each choice. I was juggling many different options for financing; Peter’s input was very useful in helping me decide what was best for me. When I picked the car up, I was again impressed with how much Peter knew about the care and its settings. He was, once again, respectful of my time and professional, while continuing the personal connection we had made. The experience I had with Peter and Audi Burlington was excellent. I glad that I met Peter and the people from Audi of Burlington. Both Peter and the dealership impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism, and openness.
