From my previous dealership experiences, I did not want to buy a car from a local dealership and play the back and forth negotiating game. I was considering an online car sites such as Carvana for the purchase. However, I found a good deal at this dealership, and I wanted to give it a try. Peter was great from the beginning, and he helped me with the process mostly on the phone and online, which was vital for me. He even delivered the car for us. Excellent service, I am thrilled with my purchase and the service that I received. There was one misunderstanding about the car feature and the used car sales manager Tom was immediately on the phone with me to answer my questions and resolve the problem. I am also happy with my decision that I purchased my car from a local dealership. I know that they will be ready to assist me if I need anything. More
