Then, since he is better than us, when called out for the affront , provided a half-assed "i'm sorry" platitude that meant nothing. It was a personal affront which says I have your money, I'm important, your not, you can wait so I can see someone else in your slot and I'll get to you when I can. More

He quickly gained our trust throughout the process as he was patient and very understanding of our car needs and budget.
