HAPPY CUSTOMER! On Friday March 13th 2015 I purchased a 2007 Mercury Mariner from this dealership, 2 hours into a 4 hour drive home it died (engine trouble). I had it On Friday March 13th 2015 I purchased a 2007 Mercury Mariner from this dealership, 2 hours into a 4 hour drive home it died (engine trouble). I had it towed to the town I live in. I had purchased the warranty when I bought the vehicle so it was now being looked at through the warranty coverage to be repaired. Between the Warranty and Wilde East Towne Honda, I was assured I would not have any out of pocket charges. After 3 weeks the Warranty company decided they would not cover the repairs. Wilde gave us an option to come in to get another vehicle. So on Saturday, April 4th we were on our way back, we found a 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor and were very happy with it and made our way home. The vehicle is the first for my son, I am extremely pleased with it, he loves it too! I am also pleased with the service I was given and how they helped with the situation at Wilde. I am very a grateful and satisfied customer! More

He really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering my questions about leasing vs. buying or just being able to explain all of the different features to me, and there are a ton! He really took his time and never made me feel like I had to rush to a decision. Plus, he's also checked in with me to make sure that everything has been working perfectly and to invite me to their workshop, and he even reminded me to make sure that I open my sunroof on these nice days!!!
