Very personable and not pushy at all which is something I personally appreciated very much. At other dealerships, the sales team was literally circling my car (I referred to them as the vultures) before I even opened the door; ready to pounce - a major deal breaker for me. I love my new car and Rich was so patient while I decided on color, trim, etc. We also had our kids with us during the purchase and the whole team worked together to get the paperwork put together and signed as fast as they could. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Rich to anyone (although everyone there was great!). More

From the minute I walked in Will the general manager (which by the way is a hoot to talk with) greeted me. We had a few laughs and he handed me off to Walter. Walter knew his cars and was very easy to work with. He know his product. He educated me on the new Q8’s and the different packages they come in. We picked out the color and headed to financing. Then there was Pepe the financial manager. Another great asset to the dealership. Made everything easy and painless. Last but not least, there was Kyle. I never knew you needed a IT guy working at a dealership but when you buy these cars today everything runs off of computers. Kyle is very knowledgeable with the personal set up of your vehicle. Their service is second to none period. They even have a woman that will do your wife’s nails as she waits for an oil change or other services. They pound home the service service service. They impressed me so much I came back a week later and bought another Q8 for my wife. They are the real deal. I hope this helps those that are looking for a honest and service ran Audi dealer for their next purchase. Thanks team Audi Charlotte. More

Enjoyed the Audi Experience My overall experience with Audi of Charlotte started when we talked to Walter over the phone. We inquired about a car on the lot and told Walter we w My overall experience with Audi of Charlotte started when we talked to Walter over the phone. We inquired about a car on the lot and told Walter we were on the way to see it. We arrived and Walter was ready. He walked us a round the car and explained all of the features that were important. He than gave us a meticulous test drive demonstrating all of the technology in the Q7. From there he carefully walked us through the negotiation and purchase process which was as pleasant as car buying can be when you have your two children in tow. He also took the time to show us all of the specific technology as we awaited the meeting with the finance direct Peppi. Peppi was also extremely pleasant and professional to work with through the final pieces of the process. Things in the final piece of the process moved quickly, despite an extremely busy day for the dealership as it was the close of the quarter and the close of the month. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with the dealership. On top of that, the Q7 is the best car we’ve ever had the chance to own. We are most certainly enjoying our new Audi experience thanks to the team at Audi of Charlotte. More
