I am not able to rate Carlos, I do not know who Carlos Ordaz is? I will say I would love to be contacted by someone high up in Graff Chevy regarding my finance contract. Albert was no help and, once I sig Ordaz is? I will say I would love to be contacted by someone high up in Graff Chevy regarding my finance contract. Albert was no help and, once I signed on the dotted line he didn’t care about me as a person. He directed me to speak with Phillip and I will on Tuesday(7/25). My finance company said it was ok to rewrite my contract and add the down payment to the finance total but I can not seem to get any assistance with Graff completing this addendum but Albert was ok with removing an unwanted warranty from the finance contract but won’t assist me in any other way. I just need someone to call me and contact my finance company who said only the dealer can resubmit the contract repackaged. Eve More
