My auto buying experience I went to the dealership on Sept 4th. I had another vehicle in mind but the service there was so bad I ended up coming to Hyundai were we've bought 2 I went to the dealership on Sept 4th. I had another vehicle in mind but the service there was so bad I ended up coming to Hyundai were we've bought 2 other cars before. Cody was fantastic to work with and Pedro has always been very helpful. The only dissatisfaction is Chris. When it came down to doing the paperwork I was preapproved by a credit union of my choice. I wanted to take the contrat back to them and then bring final payment to Hyundai like over done in the past. Chris was fast talking, acting like it was such an inconvenience for me to do all this. He misrepresented Sdccu and ended up adding $3000 more to my cost that was unnecessary and put me over the blue book value of the car and what I had wanted to pay and finance. He was horrible in the sense that he was working in his own interest even sending messages to my credit union. Calling them and acting like they did something to him when I Express very clearly to cody and pedro that i didnt want any additional ins or gap added. I've always gone back to my bank and have done it there. He made it seem like it was personal attack on him and made me feel that if in the future I ever want to get another car and I have to sign through him I wouldn't even sign papers. He's a liar and misrespresent your company. I'm happy with my car and the care cody and pedro gave to me but I'm very very unhappy with Chris's behavior toward my credit union and to what he did to my deal. This is something that I still need to fix with them once they receive the credit back and get the right amount charged to me. I trusted because I've done deals before and have been treated right. This guy left me with a sour taste and he is someone I would NEVER do business with again. If my friends and family were to ask me how it was I would let them know not to trust Chris. More

I just can't say enough GOOD THINGS about your employees. Everyone was helpful and kind and that goes for all the others I had verbal contact with. Everyone pulled together to make this the most enjoyable day ever for me....and so uncomplicated. Wish I could buy a new car every day of the week again just so I can interact with such a professional staff!!! I love my HYUNDAI TUSCON.....What a special vehicle. Sheer JOY!!!! More

He lined up a trade in offer and Jose set us up with a new car and 7/10 yr bumper to bumper warranty. We are so happy. Jose, our sales person, was so amazing. We are raving about them both. After wasting almost 2 days with other Hyundai dealer Buying a new vehicle should be as easy as it is with Leo and his colleagues at Temecula Hyundai. After wasting almost 2 days with other Hyundai dealers closer to our home in Encinitas, we called TH and quickly were put in contact with Leo. Leo locates the vehicle we were interested in sent pictures and an invitation to come and view test drive the car. Upon arriving there ( an hour twenty away) we were welcomed like friends and given undivided attention. The negotiations were straight fair and swift. When we decided on a different color than was on the lot, the correct unit was quickly located. A few hours wait and Leo went to work to make it ours, touching on every detail. Fantastic would come agin in a heartbeat. And will recommend anyone to go to this dealer, San Diego buyers, it’s worth the drive!! More

Right away the staff made me feel welcomed by greeting me and offering me some freshly made popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, and water (bottled)! Unfortunately, I have bad credit, no money down, and a broke college student so no car was purchased. I definitely will be back once I save up money and build my credit! Being a young adult Temecula Hyundai was super nice in explaining ALL the questions I had about the car I had my eyes on. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to an incoming college student, college student, commuter or any young adult because they are FRIENDLY and let me tell you the gas mileage on the Accents and Elantra's are WOW!!!! More
