Ive had a few bad experiences with buying cars/interactions with dealers and Pedro was by far the best experience that Ive ever had. He made the whole process smooth and easy. My car has been in service for two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to reach the service representative via text and calls, I have received no response. Today, after my second call, the guest experts multiple attempts to reach the service representative via text and calls, I have received no response. Today, after my second call, the guest experts asked for my information and informed me that the car is done. However, the lack of proactive communication regarding the completion of the service is disappointing. This experience reflects a significant lapse in customer service. More
