Paris made sure I was well taken care of when it came to financing and went above and beyond to get me an incredible rate. Both stayed late to assist after a long day dealing with technical issues when I'm sure they were eager to get home. They stayed friendly and helpful the entire time we were there, and were just as great when I showed back up at 9am the next morning to pick up my floormats from the parts department. I was a Toyota gal for 20 years until I came to Heritage. They made the switch a no-brainer. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this not just painless, but pleasant. More
