Costumer service, communication, and overall help was very poor. No one contacted me on initial diagnostic, loaner updates, part back order status. It was easy to make appointment on the app. Went to the dealership for routine maintenance and opted to wait for my vehicle instead of leaving it. Paula stated the time needed would be approx Went to the dealership for routine maintenance and opted to wait for my vehicle instead of leaving it. Paula stated the time needed would be approximately 1 hour but no more than 90 minutes...my car was ready before the estimated time, which was great. Paula is an excellent front line person. Overall, a very positive experience. More
